Cancellation Policy for Training/Tours

To confirm your reservation with PR Dive, we require a valid credit card, which confirms your commitment to the training or tour.

At PR Dive, we strive to provide exclusive and high-quality diving services to our clients.

If you need to cancel your training or tour, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid cancellation fees. 
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to puertoricodivetours@gmail.com. 
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Refunds will only be issued if PR Dive cancels the training or tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure or staff illness). In such cases, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and can only be done once. 
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Basic swimming ability is required. If your inability to swim prevents participation, the full amount will still be charged.

In the event of severe weather or unsafe ocean conditions, PR Dive may cancel the tour without penalty to the customer.

Please arrive at the training/tour site ready to enter the water with your bathing suit on to avoid delays.

PR Dive reserves the right to change or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly.

Cancellation Policy for Private Charters

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled charter to receive a full refund. 
Full payment is required at the time of reservation. 
Example: If your charter is scheduled for August 15, you must cancel by August 8 before 5:30 PM to receive a full refund.

Disclaimer for Private Charters

Due to water conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, PR Dive reserves the right to reroute or cancel the trip at the marina:

Rerouted charters do not qualify for a discounted rate.
If we cancel the trip at the marina, you will receive a full refund.
